Aaron had autisim. His mother left him in a locked vehicle while she went inside his grandmother's house for 5 minutes. Aaron was gone when she returned to the vehicle. His body was found in a nearby retention pond. His death was ruled an accident.

Jeremy was reported missing by his family after failing to meet his mother at a prearranged pick up location. His body was found in a wooded area. Jeremy died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Rachel Crites and her friend, Rachel Smith, were reported missing together. Their bodies were found in Crites' car. Their deaths were ruled suicides. Some news reports have indicated the girls committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning.

Casey ran out of gas on an Arkansas highway on her way home. Kenneth Osburn, 48, a truck driver came upon Casey on the side of the road. He was found guilty of her kidnapping and murder. Osburn was sentenced to life without parole.
